Accreditations

LTA DIRECT strives to always provide the best service possible and in doing so we have met all requirements set by the following authorities.

London Landlord

What is LLAS?

The London Landlord Accreditation Scheme (LLAS) launched on 9 July 2004 as a partnership of London boroughs, landlord organisations and educational organisations to recognise good practice and improve conditions in the private rented sector.

The scheme provides training and on-going professional development. It asks that landlords and agents comply with a code of conduct and fulfil the fit and proper person requirement.

With over 36000 members, LLAS is the biggest and most established scheme of its kind operating throughout London and in many parts of the UK.

ATLAS

What is ATLAS?

Accreditation & Training for Landlords and Agents Service

An umbrella organisation, ATLAS exists to promote the LLAS model outside of London. Regions accross the UK are now affiliated with LLAS. You do not need to own and rent a property in London to become accredited by LLAS.

Like LLAS, ATLAS is a not for profit organisation that works with local authorities, private landlord organisations and universities.

Once a landlord or agent gets accredited with ATLAS they can use our logo to give tenants piece of mind that they offer quality accommodation.
